Founder & CEO
Clayton Karmel
Clayton graduated from Stanford University with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1982. Co-founded and helped lead to profitability the wireless group at National as Application Manager. Famous for fast, low noise RF PLL's, but also developed a DECT single conversion chipset. Clayton graduated from Santa Clara University with an MBA in 1990, and has headed up Pdicta Corp for 25 years, which provides scalable engineering services for small and large projects.

Walter Rosenkranz
Walter Rosenkranz brings over a decade of executive experience in business development, financial management, operations, and regulatory navigation across the public and private sectors. At DroneKyll, he leads financial management, accounting, operations, and go-to-market strategy while guiding the company through public-sector procurement and defense industry engagement. He holds an MSBA in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University and professional certificates in Accounting and Finance from UC San Diego.
